• 12–16 Months Out: We start with a discovery call to talk about your vision, budget, and guest count. Then I help you select the perfect destination and resort.

• 10–12 Months Out: I confirm your wedding date with the resort, secure room blocks for guests, and begin coordinating travel arrangements.

• 6–9 Months Out: Save-the-dates go out, excursions and group experiences are planned, and I guide you through any legal requirements.

• 3–5 Months Out: Finalize guest bookings, confirm wedding day details with the resort coordinator, and review honeymoon or extended stay plans.

• 1 Month Out: I provide a full travel packet for you and your guests with confirmations, tips, and everything needed for a smooth experience.

• Post-Wedding: I can arrange relaxing honeymoon add-ons or extended stays so you and your guests can enjoy more time in paradise.

Optional Add-On: For couples who want extra peace of mind, I can also be hired to attend your wedding as your on-site planner. For an additional fee, I’ll be there to personally assist with coordination, timelines, vendor communication, and ensure everything runs smoothly at the resort.
