Jakes Hotel was built by our third-generation Jamaican family of noted artists and features a colorful array of standalone buildings in bursts of blue, pink and acid yellow. Some have ocean views, some have garden views, some have interior seating and dining areas, and many have outdoor showers. Each has its own outdoor space and private entrance. No two rooms are exactly alike, yet all have oodles of character and charm. 

Couples will fall in love with our two Ocean Bungalows, perched on the edge of the sea with a private deck (that you can fish off!). One features a rooftop terrace for intimate moments with incredible views.

• We work with local fishermen, local farmers, and local chefs to create our menus which change daily to reflect what’s fresh.
• Located at the corner of the Jakes property, the Driftwood Spa bumps right up against the sea, with open-air treatment rooms that let in the ocean breeze.

We cater to large as well as intimate groups. You can choose to do it up — with bridesmaids and groomsmen in black tie around the pool at our most luxurious villa or go for barefoot chic on the beach (we love evening dresses with flip flops!). And you won’t have to worry about a thing, we’ll help you with all the details like music, decorations, food, and the cake.
