The Jade Mountain concierge can arrange day excursions with a handful of carefully selected tour guides who are eager to share their wealth of information about the history and culture of our beautiful island. Major sightseeing attractions such as the Rainforest, Botanical Gardens, Drive-In Volcano, and Sulphur Springs are all within easy reach. There are deep-sea fishing excursions, boat shopping trips to the capital, hiking tours up Gros Piton mountain, jungle mountain biking, and coastal kayaking, to name a few. 

Jade Mountain guests also have full access to all activities and facilities of the Anse Chastanet estate. There are two beaches within the estate, which are surrounded by an abundance of pristine coral reefs. Snorkelers, scuba divers, and bird watchers will find their paradise here.

Other facilities and services include sunfish sailing, windsurfing, tennis, day and sunset sailing on the resort yacht, and the Jazzy Sunset Cruise on our 60-ft resort catamaran.

 

The location of the property is unsurpassed, overlooking a private estate with 600 lush tropical acres bordering two silken-sand Caribbean beaches with pristine coral reefs just offshore. The bold architectural design of architect-owner Nick Troubetzkoy is evident in individual bridges leading to exceptional infinity pool sanctuaries and rugged stoned-faced columns reaching towards the sky. Grand sweeping spaces encompass bedroom, living area, and private infinity pool on a platform that seems to float out into nature. With the fourth wall entirely absent, Jade Mountain’s sanctuaries are stage-like settings from which to embrace the full glory of St. Lucia’s Pitons World Heritage Site and the eternal Caribbean Sea.

At Jade Mountain, each wedding is a unique and personalized event organized in direct consultation with the bride and groom who can also add their own vows to the civil ceremony.

Wedding ceremonies are limited to one a day. There is no dedicated “wedding chapel”; instead, the bride and groom may choose their own special location either at Jade Mountain or at the sister property Anse Chastanet. Choices include the Jade Mountain’s Celestial Terrace, the Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin beaches belonging to the estate, the resort’s old colonial plantation with 18th-century remains, a nearby waterfall, coral reef, or in the privacy of a Jade Mountain sanctuary. Jade Mountain will arrange for all legal documents and legal processing.
