What Are the Marriage Requirements in Nevis?

An application form must be completed in the presence of a Justice of the Peace. Both parties must have a valid passport and birth certificate with photo ID. If the applicants have never been married, an affidavit is required. If either party is a widow or widower, copies of the death certificate of the deceased spouse must be present. If either party is divorced, an original or Notarized copy of the Decree Absolute must be presented.
